Stener joined MGK as a Strategic Accounts Inside Development Representative in May of 2021, and quickly became a highly valued member of the team. As a result, he has taken on several different roles and responsibilities within the company.

Initially based in Brooklyn Park, MN, Stener’s main responsibilities were to support Pest Management Professionals (PMPs) and outside sales representatives across regions. Later that year, he assumed the role of Virtual Sales Representative for the Pacific Northwest.

In November 2022, Stener’s hard work and dedication earned him a promotion to Branded Product Account Representative in California. His new responsibilities include supporting customers and market growth in the central California and Pacific Northwest regions.

Stener’s favorite part about his role are the conversations that he gets to have with PMPs about their individual needs and how MGK can support their businesses. He finds it fascinating to learn about the everyday problems that PMPs encounter and enjoys being able to provide them with guidance.

Stener appreciates gaining insight into how PMPs’ business needs vary based on geographical location and the strategies they use to grow their business. At MGK, he hopes to continue creating strong relationships with our customers by supporting their individual needs and business goals.

Stener is excited to work for MGK because he likes the collaborative culture in which all departments are integrated and work well together. He’s also passionate about working for a company that he can grow with.

A self-proclaimed nature lover, Stener’s fondest memory is fishing in Alaska with his father. Stener values living a healthy lifestyle. And makes time to go to the gym often. He also enjoys cooking, especially grilling. An avid golfer and sports fan, Stener enjoys rooting on the Iowa State Cyclones and Minnesota Wild.
